FROM KULIN BAN TO THE CLINTON-MAN
BOSNIAN / BOSANSKI
I do not know how Kulin Ban came into power and how he sustained his rule in those times. What is obvious from his Charter is that he was in power and that he had the capability of leading the people, recording his granting of freedoms to the people and the neighbours and passers-by, as well as having the capability of championing international trade and free movement of people and goods. It was a great success, even by today’s standards. Kulin Ban was, in reality, some 860 years ago, a more successful ruler of Bosnia than the past two decades of generations of democratic intellectuals.
I think that Kulin Ban had a plan and that none of that was a happenstance. His Charter is the testament to the existence of his plan. To produce a plan calls for knowing the fundamentals in terms of human, social, economic, natural, monetary and other assets, and what the strengths and weaknesses inherent in those are. Upon that an overall plan is made from which specific plans are derived. Kulin Ban had all of that well prepared. Has anybody bothered to research and analyze that?
Following his rule Bosnia had been subjected to the rule of, mostly, foreigners, who ruled based upon their well prepared plans, which plans, luckily, have net been perfect as Bosnia still exists, although barely. However, they had their plans.
How come Bosnia has no statehood 862 years after the historical documenting of its statehood? Where is the plan for the statehood of Bosnia?
How come that Kulin Ban’s achievements, in the Medieval period, are not researched and studied? How come that knowledge is not being taught in schools and transferred upon new generations? How come that for more than two decades, the elected representatives of people are hiding behind a militarily, politically and institutionally and forcibly applied shackles, while stuffing their loot bags with regal salaries instead of leading the people into uprising so that those shackles are removed once and for all, amen!?
Where is the plan for the people’s uprising? Those elected representatives ought to be the planners thereof and in the front lines of that uprising.
There are plans for Bosnia in the United States, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Serbia, and Montenegro...
Where are, in Bosnia, plans for Bosnia?
If we are to comport ourselves properly, as the properly-comported and well-spoken nominal leaders of political parties in Bosnia do, then all of them should do the honourable thing and resign from their positions. That is how things are done in this Wild West of North America, at least when the water rises to the chin and when criminalities are being exposed.
That Bosnia, of Kulin Ban’s, is unrecognizable today. It almost does not exist anymore. Bosnia could not have sunk any lower than in the modern era under William Jefferson Clinton. The Dayton Accords is a legally null-and-void document but there is no plan for annulment of same as there is no backbone to legally annul it. Each and every so-called expert in international law who has the guts to say to me that the Dayton Accords can not be legally abolished is a liar, a Quisling, a traitor, a murtad and a munafik. Kulin Ban is turning in his grave.
How many experts in International Law has Bosnia produced in the last twenty years? In Military Law? In Constitutional Law? Where are they? Which anuses have they inserted themselves in?
How many lawyers, physicists, chemists, engineers, physicians, and other skilled trades, as well as peasants, Bosnia will need so that they can feed and develop her over the next ten, twenty, fifty years?
What are the indicators for the future economic, political, social and scientific development of Bosnia?
Those are questions for which we must have answers if not today then tomorrow.
However, before Bosnia is to devote herself to addressing that, it is necessary to officially advise the international community, at the highest political level, that the Dayton Accords are legally, morally and any which way unsustainable and that Clinton, together with the rest of the planners, as well as their agents and surrogates, must be brought before courts for complicity to the crime of genocide and any and all assorted crimes deriving from it. It is necessary to transition from speeches into action and either sue everybody right down the list or organize a people’s uprising to annul the Dayton Accords and bring about the rule of the people. Kulin Ban would not hesitate about doing that.
If that is not done then Bosnia, in my opinion, is being led by liars, Quislings, traitors, murtads and munafiks.
